Membership provides opportunities for those who have an interest in and an appreciation of jazz to meet other jazz lovers and participate in musical events and activities. Your yearly dues are used to promote concerts by local and national artists and assist in other activities of the organization.
For the Love of Jazz sponsors and co-sponsors musical events for its members and the community. Members receive discounted ticket prices for such events and a free annual membership concert. One of the most popular has been “Jazz at the Sands” on selected Sundays during July. The event is free. There are also free Jazz jams on selected Sunday evenings, September through May.
